Fire Risk Assessment

Our Fire Risk Assessment service is available UK wide. All work will be carried out in full consultation with yourself at your premises. Each and every relevant area of your premises will be examined systematically and the risks individually and collectively analysed. Upon completion you will be provided with a comprehensive and user-friendly report (with digital photographic evidence if relevant or required).

ReportThe report will be based on the basic principals of Fire Risk Assessment as listed below and will include a prioritised action plan for your subsequent implementation:

  • Identify Fire Hazards
  • Identify those at risk.
  • Evaluate the risk then remove or reduce if possible.
  • Introduce measures to protect from risk.
  • Record, plan, instruct, inform and train.
  • Monitor and review.

At the end of the process you will have policies and procedures in place that will

  • Minimise the risk of a fire occurring
  • Provide adequate means of escape
  • Ensure that all Relevant Persons know what to do in the event of a fire.
  • Ensure that protective measures such as detectors, alarms, fire fighting equipment, emergency lighting etc. are suitable and are adequately maintained and serviced.
