National Pub Chain Fined

The Punch Pub Company Ltd has been ordered to pay over £17,000 in fines and costs following breaches of the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order. The Barley Mow Pub in London W1 was found to be using the third and fourth floors for residential purposes.The fourth floor was some distance from the fire exit and the fire escape was found to be inadequately protected.
